31 01 2010Brutta sconfitta per l’Inter a Roma: non allo stadio ma in tribunale. Il club di via Durini si è visto infatti rigettare con una sentenza della prima sezione civile la causa contro Ferruccio Mazzola, fratello minore di Sandro e autore del pamphlet di denuncia ‘Il terzo incomodo’, uscito per Bradipolibri nel 2004. Un volumetto in cui Mazzola jr. (che negli anni Sessanta giocò anche in nerazzurro) raccontava come il doping fosse una consuetudine nella Grande Inter di Helenio Herrera e venisse attuato attraverso pillole – probabilmente di anfetamine – sciolte nel caffè dato ai giocatori prima dei match.
Per il tribunale, quello di Ferruccio è “un racconto chiaro e completo in cui l’ex calciatore si è limitato a raccontare i fatti vissuti in prima persona”: fatti che “concretizzano un interesse sempre attuale della collettività”. Massimo Moratti aveva chiesto a Mazzola jr. mezzo milione di danni, ora ne dovrà pagare 10 mila tra spese e onorari. Ma soprattutto non potrà più sostenere che le denunce dell’ex giocatore fossero diffamatorie. (A. G.)

SopCast è, secondo me, il miglior client p2p per vedere i canali TV in streaming via internet
In questa versione 3.0.1 sono stati corretti alcuni bug che affliggevano la 3.0
